All units have off-street parking spaces and we can accommodate boats and trailers. The gardens contain a wide variety of flowering shrubs, which attract native birds. The colourful Hibiscus plants, which flank the driveway, are a feature and flower most months of the year. Unit 1 has its own paved courtyard / BBQ area. BBQ’s are also located between units 2&3 and next to the swimming pool. We have a shared coin-op laundry with two automatic washing machines, dryer, wash basket, ironing board, irons, twin laundry tubs and a paperback / magazine library. Washing lines are located behind units 3,4&5, pegs provided. The laundry also has some basic cleaning equipment including small vacuum cleaner, mop & bucket etc. |
